Happy 23rd Birthday, Dear Colt!
This was our first time to make a horse friendly carrot cake, and we think it was a big success. Colt just may have eaten the whole entire thing if we would have let him. He gobbled up all of the carrot “candles” first, and then ate lots and lots of cake. He shared some cake with his horse buddies at the stable too, because well, he’s just THE sweetest boy. We cannot wait to be able to have our dream farm and to take Colt there to live with us. We are excited to decorate his stall for his birthday and for Christmas and all the other holidays. And we are excited to be able to look out our kitchen window and see his handsome face every day. It will be so wonderful!!
