Hi everyone. It’s me, Olivia. We did some different kinds of adventures over the summer, and one of my favorites was glassblowing with Joshy and Kacie. It was so neat! We went to McFadden Art Glass in Baltimore, MD, and we all really want to go back and do it again. The people there were so nice, and I am really happy that we got to experience that adventure all together. Joshy made a pumpkin, Kacie made an ornament, Mommy made a glass, and I made an icicle. We got to pick the colors we wanted to use for our creations, and the workers showed us what to do every step of the way to form the glass into their final shapes. It was amazing to see how stretchy the hot glass was. Joshy and I both got to use a blow torch too, so that was pretty cool. It was a super fun time, and if you are ever looking for something different to do, I would give glassblowing two giant thumbs up!
