Every year we participate in the Get Outdoors (GO) York program, through York County Libraries and Wellspan Health. GO York is a summer-long physical activity initiative, conducted in partnership with York County Libraries, that encourages children and families to visit parks and trails in and around York County, PA. We love this program because we get to see parks and trails that we may have never even heard of if it wasn’t for this program. And it gives us the opportunity to spend time together hiking and walking and talking and enjoying nature while meeting other families along the trails. It’s such a wonderful program that gets kids and families moving and spending time with one another. We’re really looking forward to participating in GO York again in summer 2024.
